Spicy Tahini Sauce
This is a very simple sauce which can accompany a wide variety of offerings. The combination of sesame seeds from the tahini paste mixed with lemon juice and a bit of heat from the cayenne pepper is a perfect match that will take you directly to the Middle East. I like to use the sauce with homemade falafel, draped over roasted cauliflower or drizzled on some chickpea pancakes. You can keep the dip refrigerated for up to one week. It also freezes well, but it will take a day to defrost in the refrigerator and you may have to blend
