Warm Cabbage and Apple Slaw
A slaw is hard to define. It is mostly a thinly-sliced cabbage salad tossed with a vinaigrette or mayonnaise (otherwise referred to as a Cole Slaw). Most American versions are far too sweet and heavy to consume, which is caused by the mayonnaise and cutting the cabbage way too thin. I avoid this version!
