It’s hard for me to think of a summer pasta dish better than this one. The lemon lightens the carb load sensation. The grated zucchini, laced with a touch of chili pepper and marjoram, adds an unmistakable summer squash sensation that sits somewhere between a cucumber and a pumpkin. The salted capers burst in the mouth every third or fourth bite to wash the palate clean. And a few roughly chopped hazelnuts add a bit of texture and nuttiness.
