Well, these little crisps could be the perfect recipe for you to explore. I came across this idea while exploring the world of raw cuisine about 3 years ago. I was looking for something interesting and tasty – something that would challenge my senses and be completely new. During my search, I came across an interesting website featuring only raw food. It was a bit of a revelation to me because the food seemed interesting…although filled with nuts. Eventually, this use of nuts led me to ditch the world of raw, but I hung onto a few ideas and this is one of them. I changed the original recipe by adding some capers, which works much better raisins. You can check out the original recipe here.  Plan for a day or two in advance if you want to give these a try. They will require about 24 hours in a dehydrator or about 6-8 hours in a very low oven.  Yield:  4 servings
