Smoky Mushroom Chips
These chips are amazingly sweet and crisp. They can be simple snacks to munch on or used as a bacon replacement (especially if smoked – see tips below). I have experimented with different mushroom varieties, and none have produced the same result as the King Oyster Mushroom. You should be able to find these most anywhere, and they are worth seeking out for this recipe! Yield: Makes about 150 grams
